Debbee Peters

1985 during a revival at a Baptist church in Broken Arrow Oklahoma, Debbee heard the message of

redemption in Jesus Christ and came to know Him as Lord and Savior. In the following years, there has

been lots of up and downs, joys, and trials; but through them all, Trust in God has been her guiding light.

From the beginning of her walk with the Lord, Debbee has felt a profound call to teaching ministry. First

as a short-term missionary to Russia, Kyiv, and then Mexico; leading Bible Studies, street evangelism,

and evangelistic meetings in schools, churches, and hospitals. Many friends gained and many lessons

learned both spiritual as well as life lessons brought her back to the states with a fresh view of ministry –

the “mission field” is where you’re planted. Shortly after this, she began training with Child Evangelism

Fellowship to become a teacher to teachers, and teacher for backyard Bible schools. This helped her

learn better ways to reach the children in her Sunday School class, as well as reach others for Christ.

Working in the public forum has provided numerous opportunities to pray for and reach out to clients

with the Love of God.

Sharing God’s Word with others has been the greatest joy of her life, other than receiving Christ as

Savior. To see understanding light up in someone’s eyes with revelation of a Scriptural truth makes her

excited, and keeps her focused on learning more of the Word to teach others.

Brandon Hohlt

Brandon is a Cypress native and proud Fightin' Texas Aggie. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University. After graduating from college, he moved back to Cypress and became a member of Cypress Cowboy Church (CCC). He enjoys the CCC culture and the wonderful people that he gets to fellowship with on Wednesdays and Sundays. Brandon loves offering his time to help the church with budgets and finances, as he relishes any chance to use spreadsheets. If you stop by to check out CCC on a Sunday, feel free to introduce yourself to Brandon and he'll be glad to show you where the coffee and donuts are located.

Kelly Krueger 

Kelly was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Texas in 2023.  She found Cypress Cowboy Church after her and her husband came to a Spring Fling.  She was baptized when she was little, but wanted to reclaim her faith to the lord again and was baptized again at CCC in 2024. She has 2 older kids that still live in Colorado that are her pride and joy. Kelly knows that God knew what he was doing when he led her here to her church family a couple years ago. 

Brian Krueger 

Brian was born and raised in Thornton Colorado, where he lived until  just a few months ago when he was transferred to Texas for work and  lives here with his wife of 11 years Kelly and their 2 dogs. He found Cypress Cowboy Church when they googled churches in the area and know now it was God that led them to this church family a few months ago. They have 3  kids between them, 1 in Alabama and the other 2 are still in Colorado.  Brian was baptized at Our Savior Lutheran church and  confirmed at Gesthaname Lutheran church. He likes camping, fishing, and refinishing furniture in his spare time.  

Sharon Balduc

Sharon was raised in the Catholic church through and through. Committed herself to all that comes with that; baptism, communion, and confirmation. While she held onto some kind of faith throughout adulthood, she was never really walking in the faith. Sharon attended CCC as a guest with her daughter and her family before becoming a member in 2024 and being re-baptized. Feeling the call to serve, she started to share the children's ministry duties with Ms. Sarah before being passed the torch to take over children's church. Saying children are our future may sound a bit cliche but its the truth. Some days we will dance and sing, play and be goofy, but always instilling the importance of Jesus and the word.

Jennifer Fork

Jennifer Fork serves as the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for Cypress Cowboy Church, where she is passionate about sharing the heart and mission of the church with the surrounding community. With a gift for communication and connection, Jennifer helps ensure that the message of Christ is presented clearly, authentically, and in a way that reaches people right where they are.

Jennifer believes that outreach is more than promotion, it is ministry. Whether through storytelling, community engagement, or creative communication, her goal is to invite others into a welcoming church family where lives are transformed through Jesus Christ. She is deeply committed to helping Cypress Cowboy Church remain visible, accessible, and relevant while staying grounded in biblical truth and Western heritage values.

Through her work in marketing and outreach, Jennifer seeks to reflect Christ’s love by building bridges between the church and the community, encouraging fellowship, and supporting the church’s mission to share the Gospel in simple, meaningful ways.

Sharon Colie

I have been a member of CCC for 6 years and have met many wonderful people. I am pleased to serve as chair of the hospitality & social committee as I love to help bring people together. 

I have seen God work in my life time and again, lifting me up in my times of need. I have been married for 4 years and have 2 small dachshunds that are my pride and joy. My hobbies include going to concerts, going on cruises, attending rodeos, and spending time with family and friends.

My mottos in life include keep the faith strong, always stay humble and kind, and God is good all the time!

Eric Myers

Eric grew up in Missouri attending church and singing with his family.  He married his wife Laura in 1989. They share 2 children and 4 grandchildren. They've been in Houston since 2003 and started attending Cypress Cowboy Church in 2021.

Eric currently works in telecommunications. In his spare time, he enjoys music, DnD, disc, golf, travel, cooking, and volunteering for the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo.

Andrew Fork

Andrew Fork serves as a board member and men’s Bible study leader with a heart for discipleship, wisdom, and reaching people where they are.  Andrew believes that God intentionally designs each person with unique gifts, needs, and purposes; and that effective ministry begins with understanding, patience, and love.

Through years of experience working with diverse students and families, Andrew has seen firsthand the power of meeting individuals with grace, truth, and practical guidance. This perspective deeply shapes his approach to men’s ministry, where he emphasizes authentic faith, biblical accountability, and spiritual growth rooted in Scripture rather than performance.

Andrew is passionate about helping men move beyond surface-level belief into a lived-out faith; one that reflects Christ in leadership, family, work, and service. Whether guiding discussion, mentoring others, or serving in church leadership, his desire is to see lives transformed by the Gospel and men equipped to walk faithfully with Christ and lead with humility and conviction.
